Our specially trained crew are led by our qualified ground hostess, trained in the United Kingdom and a skilled flight operations controller. Where available, at other airports, local handling crew offer their home turf knowledge and expertise allowing for smooth and effective passenger transfers. In remote areas, our highly qualified pilots are specially briefed and prepared before each flight with the required information allowing for professional passenger care at all times.

If required, passenger lounge facilities are made available for privacy and refreshment where possible.
